• All vacuum tubes are tested to the extent possible, but performance may vary
• Vintage and used tubes are sold as-is unless otherwise specified

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable
• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout
• Payment must be received in full before dispatch of goods

5. Orders and Availability

• Order confirmation does not guarantee product availability
• We will notify you if any items are unavailable and offer alternatives or refunds
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion
• Large quantity orders may require additional verification

6. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping costs and timeframes are calculated at checkout
• We ship Australia-wide and internationally where possible
• Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the shipping address
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
• Special packaging is used for fragile vacuum tubes, but breakage risk exists

7. Returns and Refunds

Our Return Policy

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be in original condition and packaging
• Tested tubes may not be returnable unless faulty
• Customer pays return shipping unless item is faulty or incorrectly sent
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

Warranty

• New tubes come with manufacturer warranty where applicable
• Used/vintage tubes are sold without warranty unless stated
• We warrant that items are as described at time of sale

8. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You agree to accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• We may terminate accounts that violate these terms

9. Intellectual Property
